Description:
Supervising the cleaning and sanitation of institutions in accordance with internationally established standards and procedures;
Meeting contractual obligations;
Preparation of work schedules, assign and dispatch staff on a shift basis;
Assist with staff training and motivation;
Ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients and individuals at all levels.
Qualifications:
Certificate in Supervisory Management, Project Management or Business Administration;
Excellent oral and writing skills as well as leadership experience will enhance chances of selection;
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety policies and practices;
Previous experience as Supervisor working in facilities maintenance, Hospitality or Health Service would be an asset.
