AllianceOne is currently hiring Call Center Collection Agents at our Montego Bay location. In this position you handle inbound and outbound calls, working with customers to obtain payment and bring resolution to unpaid accounts.
We are now offering a new higher hourly rate for the 50 team members selected for this project!

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years and over
- At least 3 C.X.C. or equivalent including English Language
- Must possess a valid Jamaican ID (Passport, National ID or Drivers License)
- 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service related position
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent communication verbal / written
- Strong Time Management skills
- Strong Soft Skills
- Results oriented
- Ability to multitask and navigate
- Strong attention to detail
- Quality focused

Hours
-We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
-MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE WHICH INCLUDES WORKING UNTIL 1:00AM !!
